- Most of the real estate agents require the rented properties to be reasonably cleaned

However, if you notice there are certain areas need extra attention and specialised cleaning, such as stains on the carpet or marks on the wall, we’d recommend to take our optional add-on services on top of your Standard End of Lease cleaning service.
This helps to ensure you got every important cleaning areas covered, so that your property agent will accept your cleaning and return your bond in full.

- For us to be able to clean your rented area efficiently and effectively, we need you to remove all of your personal belongings prior your scheduled time.
- Please ensure that electricity and water supplies are turned on so our cleaners would be able to start their cleaning job right away.
- Here in Servtown, we do our cleaning based on the size of the property and its condition so we do not based it on the number of hours.
- No time constraints on our part guarantees that we would be able to thoroughly clean the area, no matter how long it takes. Our professional cleaners would leave the area as soon as everything has been properly cleaned and sanitized.
- No need to worry! In any rare instance that your landlord or property manager is not satisfied with the cleaning that we have provided, you can easily request a re-cleaning from us.

- We require 24-48 working Hour upon the receival of the report from the property agent to reschedule a re-clean if required.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, if we have not heard from the property agent within 1 day (24 hours), We will consider the re-clean to have addressed any issues under the Bond Back Guarantee and consider the job completed as per our Terms and Conditions.
- In any rare cases where certain problem areas are not recoverable with any amount of cleaning, our Bond Back Guarantee would not cover that aspect of the clean.
