Generally, yes. We always endeavour to match you with with a cleaner who will continue your service ongoing. However, under certain occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies and travel/holidays, we’ll send a different cleaner to your property.
Rest assured that our cleaners will be briefed beforehand about your specific cleaning needs to ensure a consistent clean.
We always try our very best to give you plenty of notice of any changes made to your service, but unfortunately, there are things that are beyond our control that may impact your service on the day booked.
Yes! Our cleaning service is pet-friendly. We have been servicing a number of clients with dogs, cats and other pets (as long as the pets are friendly). We ask that you please notify our office upfront about the presence of a cat or a dog inside the property.
We will move and clean under small objects and light furniture. We will also vacuum/mop under heavy furniture (like beds and couches), however we will strictly not move heavy furniture. This is due to the high risk of scratching floors and the potential injury caused to our cleaners.
We are happy if customers would like to move furniture for us, but we will not instruct the cleaning teams to do so themselves.
